  • Savannah Bush - Trade Organization Work Group Member

    Savannah Bush is a strategic partnerships associate at Climeworks where she supports the firm’s commercial growth, scoping, and development to facilitate rapid scale-up of climate solutions. Her unique perspective is shaped by experience in oil and gas operations, corporate decarbonization strategy, and energy markets. Prior to joining Climeworks, Savannah served as a consultant at Adamantine Energy, a boutique advisory firm developing sustainability and decarbonization strategies for oil and gas companies. Here, she learned first-hand the pressures facing traditional energy companies, and how carbon removal technology can help bridge the gap in reaching climate goals.

    Savannah is passionate about securing the role of Generation Z in our energy future. Savannah holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and earth science from Emory University.

  • Emmett Marsh - Trade Organization Work Group Member

    Sam is a dedicated Mechanical and Metallurgical Engineer ensuring pipeline integrity within the oil and gas and utility sectors. He is pursuing his MBA at Washington University in St. Louis. He manages a material verification program to uphold safety, reliability, and regulatory standards, alongside leading interdisciplinary teams in completing in-line inspection projects for transmission pipelines. His multifaceted role allows me to leverage technical expertise and leadership skills, delivering successful outcomes on complex projects. Passionate about research and innovation, he's co-authored groundbreaking biomaterials research, published in the prestigious and top-ranked journal Cell. This experience drives his commitment to pushing knowledge boundaries and applying cutting-edge solutions to real-world challenges. Focused on data-driven decision-making and strategic planning, he drives organizational excellence and fosters sustainable growth.

  • Cheyenne Rubin - Symposium Work Group Member

    Cheyenne Rubin supports the ROSEN acquisition team as a Proposal Specialist in Houston. She works with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to obtain new business and assist in transitioning projects from acquisition to execution. She has handled proposals involving services ranging from NDT tank inspections to cross-border turnkey ILI inspections, to off-shore platform inspections, and even a collaborative pull-test validation program. Her clients have included several of Houston’s largest mid-stream operators, multinational pipeline and energy companies, and various independent liquids terminal and pipeline operators across the nation. In addition to her role as a Proposal Specialist, Cheyenne also serves as a company Cultural Ambassador responsible for assisting the Cultural Ambassador team in creating, organizing, and facilitating yearly workshops and events for about 600 employees across the U.S. and Mexico regions. Outside of work, Cheyenne enjoys cuddling with her dog, working to achieve the “Most Improved” award on her bowling team, and dominating worker-placement board games with her friends.

  • Emily Moore - Local Chapter Lead Columbus

    Emily Moore joined DNV as an engineer based in Dublin, Ohio, in 2023 after obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati in Chemical Engineering. Since joining DNV, Emily has gained experience in corrosion growth, integrity management program support, and dent integrity assessments.

  • Aubrey Wolfe - Membership Engagement Work. Group Member

    Aubrey Wolfe is an engineer currently engaged in a rotational program at Williams, where she is gaining diverse experience through three one-year assignments. Her start in the industry began with an internship with Williams’s Safety & Operational Discipline team, focusing on continuous improvement. After earning her chemical engineering degree from Oklahoma State University, she embarked on her first rotation with the environmental team, dedicating her efforts to air compliance and emissions reduction initiatives. Presently, Aubrey is in her second rotation, contributing to the Rocky Mountain Midstream Operations team at Ft Lupton Gas Plant, where she continues to excel and expand her professional capabilities.

  • Muhammet Sakonder - University Relations Work Group Member

    Muhammet Cuneyt Sakonder is an accomplished Offshore Pipeline Engineer at Genesis | Technip Energies in Houston, Texas, with a PhD in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University, an MSc in Offshore Engineering, and a BSc in Shipbuilding and Ocean Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. He specializes in complex finite element analysis (FEA) calculations, focusing on mechanical behavior of the subsea pipelines. He has also worked as a Project Engineer at Skipsteknisk A/S, performing structural analysis and creating detailed construction drawings for shipyards. Actively involved in the industry,

    Muhammet serves as the Educational Committee Vice-Chair at the Society of Underwater Technologies (SUT-US) and the Program Chair for the 30th SNAME Offshore Symposium 2025, and he mentors at Young Pipeline Professionals (YPP USA). His contributions have been recognized with awards such as the Best Paper Award at the SNAME Offshore Symposium 2024 and the Best Student Poster Award in 2023. Proficient in various engineering software and fluent in English and Turkish, Muhammet has published numerous papers in reputable journals and presented at international conferences, demonstrating his dedication to offshore engineering and professional excellence.

  • Emily Gladstone - Community of Practice Work Group Member

    Emily Gladstone is currently serving as a Low Carbon Business Development Specialist in Houston, TX supporting commercialization of net zero projects in the US Gulf Coast for Enbridge. Emily previously worked as an Operations Engineer in Houston and Bartlesville, OK, Crude Gathering Area Supervisor in Levelland, TX, Operations Services Engineer and Technical Services Engineer in Houston, TX during her 10 year tenure at Phillips 66. She graduated from Oklahoma State in 2013 with a Civil Engineering degree and from Kansas State University in 2017 with her MBA. She earned her Project Management Professional certification in 2023. With a passion for serving her community, Emily has served in multiple non-profit organizations all around the world. She is currently serving in her local church, United Way Young Leaders Council, United Way Women’s Initiative, Junior League of Houston, Enbridge Employee Resource Groups, Enbridge University Recruiting, Every Village Advisory Board, and YPP USA.

  • Qi Li - Community of Practice and Media and Marketing Work Group Member

    Qi Li is a senior mechanical engineer at T. D. Williamson. Qi is a professional engineer and has experience with new product development, finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Running FEA and CFD simulations to solve complicated problems is his daily job. Qi has been actively involved with YPP since he moved to Houston in 2021. He has published several industry papers and become a committee member in Design & Analysis of ASME PVP conference.

  • Ashleigh Martin - Corporate Support & Advisor Relations Work Group Member

    Ashleigh Martin is a Construction Manager for TC Energy which requires working with various stakeholders to oversee the construction process for station and pipeline work. Additionally, she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) online at Franklin University after receiving her MBA in 2023 and her Undergraduate in Construction Management from Louisiana State University in 2021. Geaux Tigers! This is Ashleigh’s first year joining YPP USA and she is beyond excited to work as a Corporate Support and Advisor Relations Work Group Member for the upcoming leadership cycle. She is eager to learn more about the industry and make valuable connections/contributions for the future of Young Pipeline Professionals!

  • Josiah SooTot - YPI Liason

    Josiah SooTot is the Pipeline Integrity Engineer for ExxonMobil in Houston, TX. He has been in the pipeline industry for the last ten years and currently manages ExxonMobil’s pipeline integrity activities across West Texas and Louisiana. Josiah previously worked at Enbridge in their Integrity Risk and Reliability group where he spearheaded the company’s system wide threats assessment, ILI reinspection interval and led the creation of an innovative storage Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) model for underground. Additionally, Mr. SooTot has supported incident response activities. Before joining Enbridge, Josiah honed his skills as a Pipeline Engineer at Quest Integrity and as a Project Engineer at Tetra Technologies, amassing invaluable insights into project management and engineering practices. Josiah is also passionate about advancing the industry whereby he participated in several industry projects/initiatives such as PRCI, INGAA and JIP. Mr. SooTot completed his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and Masters in Subsea Engineering from Texas A&M University.
