Molly Laughlin Doran is a founding member of YPP USA and has previously served in the roles of Secretary, Vice Chair, and Chair of the Leadership Team. She has served on the board of directors for several years. Professionally, she has experience on both the vendor and operator side of the midstream industry. She has worked in marketing, communications, public awareness, and pipeline safety management systems. She currently holds the role of Manager, Operational Strategy Management at Plains. Mrs. Laughlin Doran holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA with a concentration in International Business from The University of St. Thomas- Houston. Additionally, she is Owner and Co-Founder of Pipe Spring LLC.

Executive Director – Natural Allies for a Clean Energy Future

Susan has over 40 years of experience in the energy industry and is committed to informing decisionmakers and energy consumers on the complete story of natural gas, its infrastructure, and the integral role they play in accelerating America and the World to a clean energy future. Prior to joining Natural Allies, Susan was Enbridge’s vice president of stakeholder engagement and enterprise-wide public awareness programs. While at Enbridge and Spectra Energy, Susan championed successful stakeholder engagement for over 70 multi-million-dollar infrastructure capital expansion projects and directed investor recognized Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Sustainability Programs. Susan was recognized by the FERC as a distinguished industry leader for integrating stakeholder engagement and environmental justice practices into interstate pipeline and LNG expansion business plans.

Senior Vice-President, TC Energy

With a diverse background spanning operations, engineering, HSEC, and commercial roles, Danika has developed a comprehensive understanding of the energy sector and dedicated more than 25 years to solving complex energy challenges. Danika's journey in the pipeline industry began in 1996 and prior to TC Energy, she held key leadership positions at Colonial Pipeline, Enterprise Products and Alyeska Pipeline. She is an active member of the INGAA Executive Committee and the API Midstream Committee, where she contributes to the development of industry best practices and shapes the future direction of the energy landscape. Equipped with a Bachelor's degree from Mary Washington University, a Master of Science from the University of South Carolina, and a Master of Business Administration from Richmond College in London, Danika has a passion for education and for mentoring the energy problem solvers of tomorrow.

Senior Vice President Operations 

Paul has 38 years of executive and engineering experience within the natural gas industry and has held various leadership roles at Iroquois.

As Senior Vice President Operations, Paul provides overall direction of the company's Engineering, Environmental, Field Operations, Gas Control Operations, Health & Safety, Security and Procurement functions. Prior to joining Iroquois in 1997, Paul was with Algonquin Gas Transmission where he held many supervisory and engineering positions.

Paul is currently the Chair of the Siemens SGT400 International Users Group and a member of the INGAA Pipeline Safety Executive Committee and the INGAA Foundation Executive Committee.  He was recently the Chair of the INGAA Foundation & the Northeast Gas Association Operations Management Committee.

Manager - Air Compliance and Emissions Reduction

Tyler manages the Air Compliance and Emissions Reduction (ACER) group in Williams’ Environmental Services group in Houston, TX. His team is tasked with the “E” of Williams’ ESG efforts and ensuring Williams hits its emissions reduction targets. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University in 2014 and has worked for Williams ever since. Tyler was the Chair of Young Pipeline Professionals (YPP) USA from 2021-2023, the Chair of Young Pipeliners International (YPI) 2020-2021, member the Public Policy and Communications Committee within the INGAA Foundation from 2019-2023, stepping in as Chair of the PP&C Committee for 2023. He currently sits on INGAA’s Environment Committee. Tyler is a certified professional engineer in the state of Texas and obtained his MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport in 2020.

VP Asset Integrity and Technical Services – Enbridge Gas Transmission and Midstream

Andy joined Texas Eastern as an Engineer in the Technical Services Department in 1982. Over the past 30 years, Andy has worked in numerous different roles of increasing responsibility across the Engineering and Operations Groups including serving as Vice President of Engineering and Construction, and Vice President of Operations and EHS. Andy received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University. Andy has served as Chairman of ASME’s Gas Piping Standards Code, Chaired the development of ASME’s Gas Piping Integrity Management Program Standard (B31.8S). He represents the Gas Transmission Industry on DOT’s Technical Advisory Committee, chaired the development of the INGAA Integrity Management Initiative, and is a Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.

Principal Engineer / Manager – DNV

Tara is a founding member of YPP USA and served as its inaugural chair. She is a Sr. Principal Engineer and manager for DNV.  Tara joined DNV after obtaining her Bachelor's of Science degree from the Ohio State University in Material Science & Engineering. Since joining DNV, she has worked and led in the many areas of pipeline integrity including, but not limited to, ILI management, strategy, and response, longitudinal seam management, corrosion growth, program and procedural development, regulatory order response, SCC management, hydrogen pipelines, hydrogen embrittlement, HIC, SSWC, and crack management.  Tara has more than 20 years of experience in the pipeline industry that she not only leverages for her work at DNV but also in her contributor and leadership roles with ASME B31.4, ASME (Pipeline System Division), as the ASME Secretary/Treasurer, and as a member of the Board of Directors for YPP.

Group Sr. Vice President, Operations

Eric has forty three years of operations and engineering experience in the natural gas and hazardous liquid gathering, processing and transmission pipeline industry. In his current position as Group Sr. Vice President, Operations he is responsible for all operating aspects of Energy Transfer’s gathering, treating, processing and transport functions relative to all natural gas, natural gas liquids and certain hazardous liquids transport assets. The dimensions of these operations include approximately 100,000 miles of pipeline, 115 gas processing plants and 3,500 employees across all eleven of the major producing basins in the US.   

Mr. Amundsen has held direct engineering and operations leadership positions in a multitude of areas. Mr. Amundsen is an active leader within industry associations and is a current member of the Southern Gas Association’s Board of Directors, is a past Vice Chairman of SGA’s Gas Machinery Research Council board of directors; was the Vice-Chairman (2009 – 2011), Chairman (2011 – 2013) and past-Chairman (2013 – 2023) of the Pipeline Research Council International where he was also a member of its Executive Assembly since 2005 and a member of the Executive Board from 2007 to 2023.  In 2016 Mr. Amundsen was appointed by The Secretary, US Department of Transportation to serve a three year term as an energy industry representative on the USDOT’s Voluntary Information Sharing System Working Group which was created in accordance with the PIPES Act of 2016.

Partner, Executive Vice President – Dynamic Risk USA

Patrick has 30 years of experience solving problems related to materials, corrosion, fitness for service, and reliability with a primary focus on the production, transportation, and distribution pipeline network. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. Patrick leads the Dynamic Risk USA operations headquartered in The Woodlands (Houston), TX. Patrick is active in many industry organizations including ASME and Young Pipeline Professionals USA.

VP Engineering and Construction – Boardwalk Partners

Kimberly has 25 years of experience in the energy sector and joined Boardwalk in 2018. In her current role, Kimberly has responsibility for executive leadership, project management, project design and estimating, construction management, land management and environmental permitting for an interstate natural gas transmission pipeline company. She currently leads the execution of a $1B portfolio of pipeline, compressor station, and interconnect projects. Prior to Boardwalk, Kimberly held various roles for AGL Resources, Inc. In her last role with AGL, she had responsibility for the development, design and construction of grass roots natural gas storage facilities. Kimberly is a graduate of Rice University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Colorado State University.

Senior Executive Vice President - ROSEN Group

Chris Yoxall has more than 20 years of experience in asset integrity management including legal, technical, and contractual management; primarily in the oil and gas industry. Over this period, he has worked throughout Africa, Australasia, Asia, China, and North America. He remains involved globally, actively participating in various standards and committees, including research and development. He spends part of his time lecturing to the industry and is a passionate advocate in the leadership development of future industry professionals. Yoxall studied both mechanical and metallurgical engineering in South Africa and has a B.S. in Engineering Management. He is an executive of the Australian Pipeline & Gas Association’s Research & Standards Committee, as well as a member of the Board of Directors at the Energy Pipelines Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) in Australia.

Associate Administrator – Pipeline Safety (PHMSA)

Within the office of Pipeline Safety, Alan serves as the senior career official for pipeline safety oversight. Previously, Alan served as the Deputy Associate Administrator for Policy and Programs, leading PHMSA’s development of comprehensive oversight programs including regulatory development, engineering and research, state grants, federal enforcement and the Training and Qualifications Division. Alan has over 34 years of experience in the energy industry, equally divided between pipeline operations and design engineering. Alan is a Civil Engineering graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is also a registered professional engineer.es here
