Webinar Summary
Water pipes, in the broadest sense of the word, existed long before the first oil and gas pipelines were built. Until now, however, these water pipelines have been neglected from an integrity standpoint. While world population growth and climate change show a sharp increase in demand for water, all of this must be met with an outdated network of pipelines. Well-functioning inspection systems can answer the outstanding integrity questions that network operators have. Berry Krijbolder will provide a brief insight into what is going on in this industry and what obstacles need to be addressed. Members will have the opportunity to learn and discuss topics such as design, construction and integrity practices related to such water pipelines.
