NTSB presentation at Shell

YPP will be sitting in on a presentation by Richard Klasen speaking on his first-hand account of the Bellingham, WA pipeline incident. On June 10th, 1999 a 16-inch pipeline in Bellingham, Washington ruptured releasing gasoline into a creek that was ultimately ignited. The incident resulted in the loss of three lives, eight injuries, and damage to surrounding structures and environment.
